We’re seeking a hands-on Assistant Venue Manager who loves hospitality, lives for great beer, and thrives in a leadership role.

You’ll split your time between bar, floor, and operational leadership. You’ll help shape the guest experience and set the tone for how we share our love of lager with the world and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidence in leading shifts, training staff, and making decisions
  • Support daily service and confidently close the venue
  • Deliver a 10/10 guest experience and inspire your team leading by example.
  • Champion our brewing story with guests – from brewery tours to casual chats
  • Handle stock, place orders when required, and ensure smooth service operations
  • Take initiative in spotting ways to lift the experience and the bottom line
  • Ensure all compliance, safety, and cash handling standards are nailed
  • Collaborate with a team that backs each other and brings the fun

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive, team leader who brings energy, reliability, and care to every shift
  • Strong service experience with ability to multitask under pressure
  • Excellent communicator with a fine eye for detail and guest needs
  • Love for beer and genuine curiosity about the brewing process – a true Brew Advocate
  • A self-starter who can work independently and make smart decisions
  • Hospitality leadership experience a plus and a valid RSA essential
