Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Heads of Noosa Brewing Co., in partnership with Seahaven Noosa
Competition Period: 17 August 2026, 12:00am AEST – 3 September 2026, 11:59pm AEST

These terms and conditions govern the "Make Dad's Day Exceptional!" competition (the "Competition") run by the promoter named above. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms may be subject to change; any amendments will be updated immediately and entrants should refer to the latest version of this document hosted on the website.

By entering, entrants consent to their personal information (including name, email address, date of birth and postcode) being collected and added to the databases of Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. and Seahaven Noosa and acknowledge that this information may be used for business and marketing purposes, including future marketing communications, in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting the promoter, without affecting their entry into the Competition.

By entering, entrants confirm they have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Eligibility

Entrants must be residents of Queensland, Australia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

This Competition is open to Queensland residents only. Entries from residents of other Australian states or territories will not be accepted.

Entrants who do not meet all of the above criteria are not eligible to enter and any prize will be forfeited if this is discovered after the draw.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. and Seahaven Noosa are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Competition, participants must complete the entry form at [LANDING PAGE URL] during the competition period, providing their name, email address, date of birth and postcode.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Maximum one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Competition.

Entries must be made in English.

Entries that are incomplete, do not comply with these terms, or are submitted by a resident of a state or territory other than Queensland will be deemed invalid.

Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry; date of birth will be used to verify eligibility. Postcode will be used to verify Queensland residency.

The Competition opens 17 August 2026 and closes 3 September 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. on Friday 4 September 2026.

The draw will be conducted using a randomised selection method to ensure fairness.

The winner will be contacted via the email address and phone provided at entry within 48 hours of the draw.

The winner may also be announced publicly via the @headsofnoosa and @seahavennoosa Instagram and Facebook pages.

The winner must respond and claim their prize within [X] days of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture, and Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. reserves the right to select a new winner.

Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. and Seahaven are not responsible for winners who cannot be contacted due to incorrect or outdated details provided at entry.

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

• A voucher for a two (2) night beachfront stay at Seahaven Noosa (approximate retail value: $1,640)
• A $2,500 Heads of Noosa voucher, redeemable on beer, merchandise or at the Taproom

Conditions of Prize:

Both elements of the prize are vouchers, redeemable subject to availability and the redemption conditions of the respective venue. [Booking terms, blackout dates and expiry to be confirmed with Seahaven Noosa]

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, store credit or gift cards.

The prize must be redeemed by [DATE].

Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value at any time without notice.

Any costs not explicitly stated as part of the prize (for example, travel, insurance, additional accommodation nights, meals or incidentals) are the winner's responsibility.

5. Privacy

Personal information collected during this Competition will be handled in accordance with Heads of Noosa Brewing Co.'s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

6. General Conditions

Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Competition at any time if fraud, technical failures or other factors beyond its control affect the integrity of the Competition.

Entrants must ensure all details submitted are accurate and up to date. The promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information.

All decisions made by Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. regarding the Competition, including eligibility, winner selection and prize fulfilment, are final and binding.

The promoter's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

This Competition is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

8. Trade Promotion Permits

This Competition is restricted to Queensland residents only. No trade promotion permit is required for this Competition.
