Promoter

This promotion is run by Heads of Noosa Brewing Co., located at 85 Rene Street, Noosaville, Queensland, Australia.

Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only.
  2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
  3. By entering, participants confirm they are of legal drinking age in their state or territory.

Competition Period

  1. The promotion runs on a monthly basis. Entries are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the first day of each calendar month. The entry period closes at 11:59pm AEST on the last day of each calendar month ("Promotion Period").
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, modify, or cancel the promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

How to Enter

  1. To enter, participants must scan the QR code displayed on a coaster at a participating venue and complete the online entry form in full, providing their first name, last name, postcode, email address, mobile number, and the venue at which they scanned the QR code.
  2. Only one entry is permitted per person per monthly draw. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  3. Entries must be submitted during the relevant monthly Promotion Period to be included in that month's draw.
  4. Entries are non-transferable.

The Prize

  1. One (1) winner will be drawn each calendar month.
  2. The prize consists of one (1) case of Heads of Noosa beer of the winner's choice, selected from the available core range or seasonal releases at the time of the draw ("the Prize").

  3. The Prize is subject to availability. If the selected product is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value.
  4. The Prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  5. The Prize will be shipped to the winner's nominated Australian delivery address. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays or losses caused by third-party delivery services.

Winner Selection & Notification

  1. The winner will be selected by random draw conducted by the Promoter at any time on the last day of each monthly Promotion Period.
  2. The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within fourteen (14) days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be drawn at the Promoter's discretion.
  3. The winner's first name and postcode may be published on Heads of Noosa's website or social media channels. By entering, participants consent to this.

Privacy & Data Collection

  1. Personal information collected through this promotion will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition and, with the entrant's consent, for future marketing communications from Heads of Noosa Brewing Co.
  2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  3. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting info@headsofnoosa.com.au.
  4. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law or to facilitate prize fulfilment.

General Conditions

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or not submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  2. The Promoter's decision regarding all matters relating to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.
  4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google, or any other social media platform.

  5. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.
  6. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
