By entering this contest, I agree to have my contact information added to the databases of Heads of Noosa and Heads of Noosa Taproom and that they may use my information for business purposes, including marketing.

By entering this competition, I agree that Heads of Noosa will own my entry, and is authorised to share it without limitation, including entry across digital channels including website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and EDM.

No purchase is necessary to participate in the competition.

This competition is open to all people who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions and who are citizens of Australia. Void where prohibited. Any other terms or conditions as may be required by applicable law are incorporated herein.

Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions.

A person may enter the competition once, only one winner will be chosen at the conclusion of the competition. The competition will run from 12:00PM Monday 9th February 2026 until 08:00AM Wednesday 18th February 2025.

Entrants must be 18 years of ages or older.

All winners must be able to provide verification of their identity and eligibility.  Once verification occurs, Heads of Noosa will arrange the distribution of prizes by contacting the winner through their nominated mobile number or email address.

The winner of the competition is chosen by Heads of Noosa in its sole discretion.  The general criteria used for selecting a winner is by choosing an entry at random. If the entry winner can not attend we will choose another winner to take their place.

The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason and is not redeemable for cash or gift cards.

Heads of Noosa may substitute another prize to the same estimated value at any time prior to the prize draw.

Winners will need to claim their prize within 1 day of notification. Heads of Noosa holds no responsibility for the winners not receiving notification of their prize or should the winners not be able to claim their prize within the redemption period outlined above.

Prize includes details described below in ‘Prize Details’.

The winner will be notified by phone call or email and announced via Instagram. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes.
