  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GIVEAWAY

  2. Terms and conditions may be subject to change. In the event that changes are made, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on this page immediately. Please refer to the latest terms and conditions to inform yourself of any amendments.

  3. By entering this contest, I agree to have my contact information added to the databases of Heads of Noosa, Seahaven, and Dal Zotto, and that they may use my information for business purposes, including marketing.

  4. By entering this competition, I agree that Heads of Noosa will own my entry, and is authorised to share it without limitation, including entry across digital channels including website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and EDM.

  5. No purchase is necessary to participate in the competition.

  6. This competition is open to all people who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions and who are citizens of Australia. Void where prohibited.  Any other terms or conditions as may be required by applicable law are incorporated herein.

  7. Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions.

  8. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid. 

  9. There are no limitations to how many times one person can enter, although only one winner will be chosen at the conclusion of the competition. The competition will run from 12:00AM Monday 29th April 2024 until 11:59PM Tuesday 7th May 2024.

  10. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.

  11. Entrants must be 18 years of ages or older.  

  12. All winners must be able to provide verification of their identity and eligibility.  Once verification occurs, Heads of Noosa will arrange the distribution of prizes by contacting the winner through their nominated email address.

  13. The winner of the competition is chosen by Heads of Noosa in its sole discretion.  The general criteria used for selecting a winner is by choosing an entry at random.

  14. The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason and is not redeemable for cash or gift cards.

  15. Heads of Noosa may substitute another prize to the same estimated value at any time prior to the prize draw.

  16. Winners will need to claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Heads of Noosa holds no responsibility for the winners not receiving notification of their prize or should the winners not be able to claim their prize within the redemption period outlined above.

  17. Prize includes details described below in ‘Prize Details’.

  18. The winner will be chosen before 20th May 2024. The winner will be notified by email and announced via Instagram. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes.  The estimated value of the prize is around $3500.

  20. PRIZE DETAILS

  21. One winner will be chosen at the end of the competition period. The prize includes:

  22. 3 nights accommodation at Seahaven (Thursday 30th May, Friday 31st May and Saturday June 1st)

  23. 2 tickets for Brews and Beef event

  24. 2 general admission weekend passes for Noosa Eat & Drink Festival

  25. 1 carton of Japanese Lager

  26. 6 bottles Dal Zotto Prosecco
