Father's Day Competition -
Heads of Noosa x Momentum Moto

 

1. The winner of the competition must collect the bike and beer from the Taproom within a month of the competition ending

 

2. Terms and conditions may be subject to change. In the event that changes are made, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on this page immediately. Please refer to the latest terms and conditions to inform yourself of any amendments.

3. By entering this contest, I agree to have my contact information added to the databases of Heads of Noosa and Mytyde Group Pty Ltd T/A Momentum Moto and that they may use my information for business purposes, including marketing.

​

4. Proof of purchase is necessary to participate in the competition.

​

5. This competition is open to all people who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions and who are citizens of Australia. Void where prohibited. Any other terms or conditions as may be required by applicable law are incorporated herein.

​

6. Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions.

​

7. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid.

​

8. There are no limitations to how many times one person can enter, although only one winner will be chosen at the conclusion of the competition. The competition will run from 12:00AM Monday 15th July 2024 until 11:59PM Thursday 28th August 2024.

​

9. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.

​

10. Entrants must be 18 years of ages or older.

​

11. All winners must be able to provide verification of their identity and eligibility. Once verification occurs, Heads of Noosa will arrange the distribution of prizes by contacting the winner through their nominated email address or mobile phone number.

​

12. The winner of the competition is chosen by Heads of Noosa in its sole discretion. The general criteria used for selecting a winner is by choosing an entry at random.

​

13. The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason and is not redeemable for cash or gift cards.

​

14. Heads of Noosa and Mytyde Group Pty Ltd T/A Momentum Moto may substitute another prize to the same estimated value at any time prior to the prize draw.

​

15. Winners will need to claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Heads of Noosa and Mytyde Group Pty Ltd T/A Momentum Moto holds no responsibility for the winners not receiving notification of their prize or should the winners not be able to claim their prize within the redemption period outlined above.

 

Prize includes details described below in ‘Prize Details’.

1. The winner will be chosen on the 29th August 2024. The winner will be notified by email and announced via Instagram. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes. The estimated value of the prize is around $6,000.

​

2. In No Event will Mytyde Group Pty Ltd T/A Momentum Moto and Heads of Noosa be Liable for any special indirect, incidental, or consequential Damages even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

3. Mytyde Group Pty Ltd T/A Momentum Moto and Heads of Noosa will not be Liable for any accident, misuse, abuse, loss, injury for or by the rider neither a third party, even if the cause is an Ebike power, speed, bad or illegal parameter setting, components defect or malfunction. This applies in all cases however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort ( including Negligence), Strict Liability or other reasons.

 

4. Winner takes all responsibilities and liabilities on all products and components including but not limited to Ebikes, batteries, Bike components, brakes, bike mechanical parts and adjustments, electrical wiring unforeseen occurrences, safety issues , maintenance and services, etc.

 

5. Winner is fully responsible for understanding the safety concerns and regulations of keeping, charging ,using and transportation of Li-lon Battery packs.

 

6. Mytyde Group Pty Ltd T/A Momentum Moto and Heads of Noosa assumes no responsibility beyond quality control of products and components in-house or in manufacturing facilities, supplier selection of the products including Li-Ion battery packs, street or non-street products. All customers should fully understand their product maintenance and safe keeping including the use of the product and components.

 

7. Ebike rider must obey all traffic regulations, geographical or age restrictions implied by State and Federal Governments.

 

8. Mytyde Group Pty Ltd T/A Momentum Moto and Heads of Noosa assumes no responsibility of fines, damages, loss or other consequences resulting from riding the bike on public roads where according to local rules and regulations the bike is not considered street legal or for whatever reason should not be ridden on such roads.

 

9. Riders are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol or any other substances that may impair their ability to safely operate the e-bike. The winner of the e-bike must agree to abstain from riding the e-bike while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Heads of Noosa and Momentum Moto Noosa do not condone or support drinking and riding, and any incidents resulting from such behavior will be the sole responsibility of the rider. By entering the competition, participants acknowledge and agree to this condition.

 

Please note that the laws around the use of E Bikes may vary in each State or Territory. Please Check with the relevant State Government and local council laws and regulations before using an E bike on public roads and footpaths.
