Our Bock has always sat firmly in the second category—a true cult classic with a loyal following that never stopped asking the same question: “When’s it coming back?”

Well, the wait is over.

As part of our Seasonal Reserve Series, we’re bringing Bock back every year as the Autumn release—and honestly, it feels right. Cooler days, longer shadows, and a beer with a bit more depth in the glass… it’s the perfect match.

A Beer Worth Bringing Back

We didn’t bring Bock back just for nostalgia (though there’s plenty of that). We brought it back because it’s simply a bloody good beer and one we are really proud of.

Rich, smooth, and beautifully balanced, this is a style that rewards patience and craftsmanship. Expect deep malt character, subtle sweetness, and a clean finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. It’s comforting without being heavy. Complex without being complicated.

As the weather starts to cool, our palates naturally lean toward something a little fuller, a little more warming—but still drinkable which is something we always focus on here at Heads of Noosa.
