Our Spring Limited Release is here...introducing the Pale Bock

Introducing The Pale Bock: Brewed for Spring, Built on Tradition

There are beers that remind you of where you’ve been—and then there are beers that demand you do something with that memory.

The Pale Bock is one of those beers.

This Spring, we’re releasing a limited run of a style that rarely gets the stage it deserves: a pale, lagered bock— smooth, clean, and quietly complex. It’s a beer with backbone, brewed for longer days, warmer evenings, and open windows.

The idea started in the States, where Co-Founders Craig and Lance found themselves in Northern California, trying a version by the legendary Sierra Nevada Brewing. It stopped them in their tracks—not because it was loud, but because it was so balanced. Bold without bravado. Malt-driven without heaviness. It hit that rare mark of being both easy-drinking and full of intent with plenty of character.

So we decided it was time we put our spin on a Pale Bock, keeping the traditional malty richness of a bock, but dialing it into something more sessionable. We’ve gone lighter in colour, filtered it for cleanliness, and lagered it long and slow to let the subtle notes shine. You’ll get a touch of light toast and plenty of rich breadiness from the malt, a flicker of floral tangerine and a soft bitterness from noble hops, and a clean finish that keeps calling you back for another sip!

It’s not a beer that shouts for attention—but it doesn’t need to. It’s got presence. It’s confident in its restraint. And like all good spring things, it won’t be around forever.
