COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Heads of Noosa fans, we’d like to give you an update on our business practices during this trying time. We are following the advice of Federal and State Government as well as meeting daily to review the current and potential impacts of COVID-19. The safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers is paramount.

The Heads of Noosa Taproom will remain open for takeaway beer and food sales only. For now, we will be open regular hours; Thursday 3-8pm, Friday/Saturday 12-9pm, Sunday 12-6pm. Whilst we will accept cash, we would appreciate if you could tap your card or phone for payment. Please keep a close eye on social media and our website for any further changes.

We will therefore not be taking any reservations for dining or brewery tours. These measures are to ensure beer production may continue without putting our staff and customers at risk. In short, we can safely continue making beer as long as possible!

In addition to the above restrictions we have of course overhauled our cleaning and sanitisation procedures in all areas of the business. Additional training and resources have been provided to all our staff to ensure the high standards required are met. Our office staff are now working remotely where possible to minimise contact but are monitoring and managing the situation as closely as ever.

We encourage you to support your local suppliers where possible and keep our community strong. We do ask however that if you don’t feel 100% please stay home and don’t come down to the brewery. Big ask, we know!
