Winter is here...The Baltic Porter returns.

Our Baltic Porter is back as the annual winter Seasonal Reserve, and we couldn't be happier with how this year's batch has turned out. After months of anticipation, it's finally pouring, and we genuinely believe this is the best version we've brewed yet.

What makes it so special?

This year's recipe has a subtle but significant refinement. A carefully judged addition of molasses brings a deeper layer of richness and complexity to the delicious notes of chocolate and caramel and the delicate dark fruits, this beer is big at 7% yet remarkably smooth and balanced.

It's a beer built for cooler nights around a fire and sipping slowly to savour all the flavour our brewers worked so hard to craft.

For us, though, it's more than just a seasonal release. It's a beer that reflects our passion for brewing styles with character and depth, while continually looking for ways to make each vintage even better than the last.

This year's touch of molasses is a perfect example. It's a small adjustment that delivers a noticeably richer, more rounded drinking experience, proving that sometimes the smallest details make the biggest difference.
