While we enjoy many of the great ales that are on the market today, our passion lies in making the most of the humble lager!
Fermented colder, typically with a delicate balance that leaves nowhere to hide, it takes a true brewer to nail this one. You will see a big focus from Heads of Noosa on the lager style and more particularly, our versions of the lager style. You can expect beers that are definitely a few steps from the norm.
JAPANESE LAGER 4.5%

Our Japanese Lager pays homage to the refined nature of the style. A proprietary blend of malts gives it a delicate appearance and flavour profile. Filtered, for a clean & crisp mouthfeel, making it exceptionally palatable and truly enjoyable

Bold and Malty...
The Bock contains a blend of six different malts giving strong caramel notes that balance a subtle roastiness. Lightly dry hopped, this is for those that enjoy a bigger beer without the hop overload.

Our Award Winning Amber...
The Summer Dusk is an Amber Lager inspired by beautiful summer evenings in our backyard of Noosa, where the sky explodes with colour. This Lager is refreshing and full-flavoured, boasting a fine amount of specialty dark malts balanced by tropical fruit hop flavours and aromas.
